After we’ve chatted and decided on a time and date and you have agreed to my terms & conditions this is what you can expect from our sessions.
Through both the bump and newborn shoots that she led us through, Ann maintained a beautiful balance of professionalism and warmth. Her approach is fluid and adapts to both the wants and needs of the subject as well as her own creative meanderings, if the situation allows or is called for. For someone who has grown into adulthood being afraid of the camera, Ann made me feel very at ease, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her.

This time waiting for your little one to arrive is full of anticipation, it is a time of transition. It is such an incredibly unique time in your life and one that deserves to be celebrated while your body does it's incredible work of growing a little human. Your maternity session usually takes place when you are 32 weeks or beyond. We want to capture your beautiful bump in full bloom. However I can do a maternity session at any stage that suits you!

This is a time to celebrate you and your changing body and I promise to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. If siblings are involved I will want to include them when they are the most receptive, either at the beginning so that they can be free to play afterwards or wait a little while if they need a little bit of warming up to me first. If you want to include your partner I will do this whenever the moment feels right. But all of this is dependent on the moment, your family dynamics and the energy of the day.
